What is CA89?
CA89 is a lifestyle brand inspired by California State Route 89, which circles Lake Tahoe. We offer curated home decor and mountain-inspired apparel.
Where are you located?
We have three store locations: one in Tahoe City (170 North Lake Blvd) and two in Truckee (10156 Donner Pass Rd & 10128 Donner Pass Rd).
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon.
SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
We ship USPS or UPS and is based on weight and location.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) is also available for additional cost.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order at our Tahoe City or Truckee locations. We will notify you when your order is ready.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Sale items are final sale.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at info@california89.com with your order number and reason for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
